Add preference options for the Home screen.

Currently, it just shows the slots across the top in the order they were created and then a list of elements within those slots in a random sort order that doesn't appear to make any sense or provide a reason to go to that screen.

Preferences might include things like:

Sort order options for the element list.

Sort order options for the slot list.

Display option for a data dense display with smaller icons and just the heading of each element so it is easier to quickly scroll through a longer list.
